About the project:
We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to scientific research and coastal conservation projects in Mozambique.
The organisation is currently focused on five key research projects: seahorse monitoring and population assessment; relative population and photo identification of humpback whales; Nudibranch taxonomy and ecology; photo identification of manta rays; and wreck colonisation.
What you’ll be doing:
Interns will be staying at the research station, where you’ll receive training and assistance in researching, using laboratory equipment and diving. You’ll undertake up to 25 dives per month as well as a monthly field trip to Inhambane Estuary to collect seahorse data.
