About the project:
We care for animals that have been rescued from illegal trafficking but cannot be rehabilitated – either because of physical or psychological harm. The main aim of the centre is to provide them with the best possible quality of life, as well as promoting research into conservation and raising environmental awareness in the local community.
What you’ll be doing:
Volunteers are needed to assist with the day-to-day running of the centre. You’ll be working six hours a day, six days a week, helping to feed and enrich the animals and take care of their environment.
We’re also looking for volunteers with experience or knowledge in areas such as veterinary science to get involved with our work with the Ecuadorian Ministry of Environment.
Just bring your enthusiasm!
