At the base of the magnificent
Monteverde cloud forest in
Volunteers will have the
opportunity to study our unique premontaine forest environment hands-on, work
with visitors and scientists from around the world in a variety of disciplines,
and personally
get to know members of our small, rural community through
community service activities.
We are looking for volunteers who want
to focus on teaching, this will be done informally in workshop classes,
lectures and during guiding. No formal qualifications are required but
must have suitable knowlodge of conservation and wildlife.
We
encourage students who want to conduct their own research for their studies! Topics could include conservation,
ecotourism and sustainable practices. Please email directly to discuss
