Job Description

  • Organise and undertake regular outreach programmes for the Precious Plastic Project across Malaysia an expanding to ASEAN countries, by engaging with existing Fuze Ecoteer projects as well as relevant new stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders for event invitation, requests and planning.
  • Create and distribute event listing pages on social media and websites.
  • Assist in establishing standardized event procedures and proper execution.
  • Track key performance areas and identify items to work on future events.
  • Assist in administering/curating The Precious Plastic Project social media pages with relevant, original and high quality content, provided with a systematic publishing schedule, including updated workshops, selling of products and selling of machines.
  • Carry out any relevant ad-hoc tasks as required or requested by supervisor. 


  • Good skills for organising events and social media management. Past experience on project management and social media outreach is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (Malay & Chinese is an added advantage)
  • Good at socializing with people/stakeholders and an outgoing personality.
  • Well organized and efficient.
  • Competent in using Microsoft. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator for any designing and editing works is an advantage.
  • Hold a valid Malaysian driving licence (for local applicants), manual driving desirable.
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge among team members.
