Precious Plastic Research & Development Internship

Job Description

  • Work closely with The Sea Monkey Project, as the trainer to build and operate the Precious Plastic machines, as well as to maintain them.

  • Lead the production of Precious Plastic practical, functional and interesting merchandise, based on briefs from internal teams and external partners/clients.

  • Improve the way that existing products from The Precious Plastic machine work and look and/or improve their production

  • Analyze how the Precious Plastic products can tie in with market needs and consumer preferences.

  • Assist in materials and technique research for Precious Plastic products.

  • Carry out any relevant ad-hoc tasks as required and requested by supervisor

Requirements

  • Passionate in mechanical design/machinery work and manufacturing process
  • Creative and innovative!
  • Excellent command of English (Malay & Chinese is an added advantage)
  • Understand materials and production methods
  • Well organized and efficient.
  • Hold a valid Malaysian driving licence (for local applicants), manual driving desirable.
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge among team members
